Ordering

All orders placed by 3 pm PST, Monday-Friday are processed the same day, shipping will be scheduled within 2 business days.

LTL Freight

Additional charges may apply if the delivery address cannot receive freight shipments or is not a business address. We offer complimentary Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) shipping for orders of $2,500 or more. For orders below this amount, applicable shipping charges will be added to your invoice.

If customers opt to use their own freight account, they are responsible for filing a claim with the carrier for reimbursement following their established procedures.

For customers who choose to have Intech Truck Parts prepay or add freight charges to their invoice, in case of shipping damage during an LTL shipment, it is mandatory to take detailed pictures of any damaged boxes or products, along with a comprehensive description of the damages. It is essential to note the damage on the freight delivery receipt at the time of delivery for a claim to be processed. Upon completion of these necessary steps, all relevant information and images must be sent via email to Intech Truck Parts. The claims process will commence once we receive this information.

Returns & Replacements

Intech Truck Parts strives to provide you with the best quality products and services. We understand that there may be times when you need to return a product, and we have developed the following returns policy to help make the process as smooth as possible:

    1.  We offer a refund or credit for all new products returned to us within 10 business days of receipt, provided that the items are in saleable condition. To initiate a return, customers must obtain an RMA number from Intech Truck Parts. Please note that a 20% restocking fee based on the cost of the order will be applied to all new returns. Freight charges are non-refundable, and return freight is at the expense of the purchaser.
    2.  If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 60 days of receipt to exchange the item. If the item is covered under our warranty policy, we will provide a replacement or credit. No items over 60 days of receipt are valid for return unless exchanged through our defective exchange or warranty policy.
    3.  If you ordered the wrong part and wish to exchange it, a 10% restocking fee will be applied against your credit to cover the expenses of the return.
